Props and such
I’ve used quite a few lights, a few gather points and some benches and whatnot. If you’re an Anarchy/Move it Type, you might be able to run a path through the building, there’s kind of an open-air corridor there.
This was one of those buildings that started out small and mutated. I had initially planned for it to be a school, but changed my mind. I think it would work as one – also probably as a RICO office or unique … something. So, If you want the bits that make it all up to re-import into the asset editor for yourself, they can be found here[drive.google.com].

How to install this mod: download the archive with Health Professional Center mod, unpack it and transfer files (mod folder or mod.dll) to the folder C:/Users/USER NAME/AppData/Local/Colossal Order/Cities_Skylines/Addons/Mods/
Note! Unpack Assets (assets.crp) to the Assets folder, Maps to the Maps folder and Color Corrections (colorcorrection.crp) to the ColorCorrections folder.
