This mod adds The Guardian Newsroom (RICO) to the Cities Skylines.
Authors description: Level 2 low-commercial asset, ready for use with the RICO ploppable mod.
Props: three entry points and two spotlights.
No external asset dependencies.
Main mesh: 5437 Tris (Maybe only place one. It’s unique)
LOD: 46 Tris
Textures are 1024 and 128 with everything present except colour variations.
This is basically a remake of the first asset I did for C:S, the Small Newsroom. I started doing this pretty blind, I watched a few tutorials online and followed some of the content creators of this game – and then just dove in. That was about eight months ago. That first asset’s pretty rough, a little broken and poorly optimized. This is more the building I had in mind. I’m not planning on taking the old one down – it’s a good reminder, I guess.
It’s a real building, see here[www.google.ca], it houses Prince Edward Island’s provincial newspaper, The Guardian – it isn’t affiliated with the U.K. newspaper or any others that may bear the same name.
So, please enjoy. This asset was created with Blender 2.78 and Adobe CC 2017, namely Photoshop and Illustrator. If you want to have a gander at the source files, they’re all here[drive.google.com]. If you want to remix and re-upload any of those files, I’m also cool with that – I’d appreciate a head’s-up, but I won’t get bent out of shape if you don’t.

How to install this mod: download the archive with The Guardian Newsroom (RICO) mod, unpack it and transfer files (mod folder or mod.dll) to the folder C:/Users/USER NAME/AppData/Local/Colossal Order/Cities_Skylines/Addons/Mods/
Note! Unpack Assets (assets.crp) to the Assets folder, Maps to the Maps folder and Color Corrections (colorcorrection.crp) to the ColorCorrections folder.
