This mod adds Canal Block 16×4 to the Cities Skylines.
Authors description: These European style canals work a lot like Lego blocks. There’s no need for terraforming or water management, and the terrain does not have to be flat. The blocks are setup to skyrocket land value within a very limited range. Assuming you have your regular services setup correctly, buildings alongside these canals will quickly level up to 3, 4 or 5.
Textures and values down below may still be tweaked. All feedback welcome!

Please check out the Canal Block Collection to see all the available parts, or reference the required items. Each block has icons and thumbnails so they should be easy to select when you have all of them in the Park menu. Small boats have been added. Just subscribe to the prop and they will appear at your docks! 😀
Optimal spacing is to keep each block one or more cells away from each other (path width), or ideally road width (2 cells). Otherwise the tunnel endcaps will go through the other side of the bridge.
– Using avenues or HW as bridges will expose underground road mesh.
Solution is to add one cell spacing, put a path there or something.
– Superman tourists are in the Olympics for staircase jumping
– Very rarely you will see a car crossing over the canal, specifically if there’s no road on the other side.
How to install this mod: download the archive with Canal Block 16×4 mod, unpack it and transfer files (mod folder or mod.dll) to the folder C:/Users/USER NAME/AppData/Local/Colossal Order/Cities_Skylines/Addons/Mods/
Note! Unpack Assets (assets.crp) to the Assets folder, Maps to the Maps folder and Color Corrections (colorcorrection.crp) to the ColorCorrections folder.
